help i amm having trouble with my e mail as when i try to open some i get a
messenger pop up saying unable to load outlook express cannot find
msoeres.dll check that it is set up properly or something very similar

Hi,

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook express from Add or
Remove Window Components. If you dont have the Windows XP cd, you can
uninstall Outlook express and install it using the IE setup.
