I would like to know how to permanently delete all Sent Items without
removing all of my other folders.

I understand that I can do 1 at a time, but with over 3000 of them that
could take a very long time. I have reset my Options and will no longer be
saving sent messages unless I want to then I will send one to myself and put
it in a folder.

Your help would be appreciated.

Open the sent items folder and go to Edit | Select all and then hit the
delete button. Then go to the Deleted items folder and Edit | Select all
and hit the delete button again. Then go to File | Folder | Compact all.
